Whirligig and COVID-19
Our shared safety and health is my top priority. To reduce the risk of transmission, a number of measures have been in put in place . Here’s a quick overview of what to expect when you come to the shop:
A double face mask must be worn at all times. If you choose to bring your own please make sure it is the style that loops behind your ears. If you only have one mask, I will provide you with a second one.
Before your appointment you’ll need to respond to a short questionnaire and liability waiver.
You’ll get a temperature check upon arrival.
You’ll be asked to sanitize your hands when you enter and when you leave.
Only one person at a time is permitted in the shop.
No food or drink is permitted in the shop.
It will be a bit noisier that usual. I will be running air filters in an effort to reduce the possibility of airborne transmission. Unfortunately, it may be more difficult for us to talk during your visit.
Blow-outs are not available at this time.
No cash payments please.
Cleaning and disinfecting is required between each client. In the event that you need to wait briefly, please do so outside.
Due to some increases in costs associated with cleaning and sanitizing as well as extra time required between clients, prices have increased slightly.
The cancellation policy does not apply for illness: if you are feeling sick you can cancel without any charge.
